By accessing or using ShiftRunner.io ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

ShiftRunner.io is a volunteer shift scheduling tool provided free of charge by Andrew Mallek. The Site allows event organizers and volunteers to coordinate shift signups.

No Affiliation

ShiftRunner.io is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any organization, company, or entity whose name may appear on this Site, including but not limited to The Boeing Company or the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). Any such references relate solely to the identification of volunteer groups for scheduling purposes.

No Warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Mallek and any contributors to ShiftRunner.io shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Scheduling errors, missed shifts, or miscommunications
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the Site is a free volunteer coordination tool and that you use it at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying your shift assignments and any related commitments through independent means.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Submit, upload, or store any information that is classified, export-controlled (including data subject to EAR, ITAR, or similar regulations), proprietary to a third party, or otherwise restricted from disclosure
• Use the Site to process any sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for volunteer scheduling, such as government ID numbers, financial information, or protected health information

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrew Mallek from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
